Hugh is a
qualified management accountant and has lived in Newnham Ward for over 40
years. He is a governor at Newnham Croft Primary School, a member of the South Newnham
Neighbourhood Forum (SNNF) and is Treasurer of the Newnham Croft Social and
Sport Club. He has a developed a particular interest in Neighbourhood Plan
development and community infrastructure from his time on the SNNF committee.
