CCTV for bike parking in Queen Anne Terrace parking

We the undersigned petition the council I would like the council to install CCTV cameras in the bike parking area of the Queen Anne Terrace parking in order to discourage bike stealing.

I witnessed an attempt at stealing bike in the area and was told that neither gym nearby can do anything against it. I had to call the police, which cannot do anything. Prevention is the only solution.
