Minutes: The Committee received a report for full planning
permission. The report sought approval for a two storey, pitched roof,
two bedroom detached residential dwelling, with
attached single storey garage on ancillary garden land north of no.15 Somerset
Close. Mark Shirley (Agent) addressed the Committee
on behalf of the applicant and spoke in support of the application. The Committee: Resolved unanimously to grant the application for
full planning permission in accordance with Officer recommendation,
for reasons set out in the Officer report, subject to the satisfactory
completion of the s106 agreement by 2 June 2014, and subject to the condition
recommended by the Officer. |
