13/1527/FUL - 53 Ramsden Sqare PDF 128 KB Additional documents:
Minutes: The Committee received an application for full planning permission. The application sought approval for the erecting of a two storey side extension to 53 Ramsden Square to form one 1-bed and one 2-bed maisonette. The Committee agreed an additional condition was needed regarding considerate contractors obligations. Resolved (by 10 votes
to 0) to grant the application for planning permission in accordance with
officer recommendation, for the reasons set out in the officer report, subject
to the conditions recommended by the officers and subject to an additional condition: No development shall take place until
arrangements for contractors' parking and deliveries have been submitted to and
approved in writing by the local planning authority. The approved arrangements,
which shall preclude vehicles parking or waiting on the grass verges, and the
storage of materials on the verges, shall be adhered to throughout the development. Reason: To protect
visual amenity, and the residential amenity of neighbouring occupiers, and to
avoid damage to the highway. (Cambridge Local Plan 2006 policies 3/4 and 8/2) |
