Exclusion of the public

Reports 1a and 1b for this meeting contain information during which the public is likely to be excluded from the meeting subject to determination by the Council following consideration of a public interest test.  The exclusion would be made under paragraphs 1 and 2 of part 1 of schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

Council RESOLVED to exclude the public by virtue of paragraphs 1 and 2 of part 1 of schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

Councillor Herbert, Chair of the Employment (Senior Officer) Committee recommended that Robert Pollock be appointed the Council’s Chief Executive.

That Robert Pollock is appointed the Council’s Chief Executive.
