To consider the following recommendation of the Civic Affairs Meeting held on 16 May 2016: Appointment of Honorary Councillors Council is recommended - To approve the appointment of former Councillors Sian Reid and Catherine Smart as Honorary Councillors. (The Scheme requires two thirds of the Members present and voting to approve election)
