Established in January 2017, CIP is a joint venture between Cambridge City Council and Hill Investment Partnerships, a subsidiary of the housebuilding company Hill Holdings Limited. CIP has been formed to develop sites to meet the need for housing, and in particular affordable housing in Cambridge.
