Background Information: The Climate Change Strategy Annual Report highlights progress against three strategic objectives for action by the Council aimed at reducing carbon emissions and managing the risks associated with climate change.The Carbon Management Plan Annual Report provides a summary of the projects implemented to date and savings accrued, and highlights any additional or rescheduled projects. It also demonstrates overall progress against the target specified within the Plan. In addition, the report provides financial details of the projects supported by the Climate Change Fund to date.
