Background Information: In November 2012, the Area Committee identified its initial set of priority projects to be delivered using developer contributions (not including play area improvements). In January 2013, the Executive Councillor agreed to provide additional developer contributions funding from the city-wide fund to enable the East Area to undertake some play area improvements.
