Background Information: Following on from consultation on the Issues and Options Report (summer 2012) and Issues and Options 2 (Site Options) consultation between January and February 2013, a draft Local Plan has now been prepared. This document contains a Vision and Objectives, Spatial Strategy, policies and proposals to guide the future development of the city to 2031. The report will seek approval of the draft Local Plan and its accompanying Sustainability Appraisal for a ten week period of public consultation.
