Background Information: The City Council is currently reviewing the Local Plan. Following on from consultation on the Issues and Options Report, and meetings of DPSSC between November 2012 and February 2013, draft policies and chapters have been developed. The report will present these and seek a steer on the approach being taken prior formal approval being sought at Environment Scrutiny Committee.
