Background Information: Following the Street Trading Review in 2012 this report will propose some new street trading pitches in the city centre and will request authorisation to begin the consultation process on these as set out in street trading legislation. It will also provide a review of the street trading consent fees for 2013/14 and will request authorisation to begin the consultation process on these as set out in street trading legislation. The proposed street trading fees will be reviewed at Full council on 21st February 2013 as part of the budget review process.
