Background Information: In 2012 Baker Associates (now merged with Roger Tym and Partners and Peter Brett LLP) and Transport Planning International were commissioned to undertake a Joint Infrastructure Delivery Study by Cambridge City Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council. The report sets the existing capacity of infrastructure provision in Cambridge City and South Cambridgeshire and identifies what infrastructure will be required in order to serve proposed growth. It also identifies potential phasing, costs and funding requirements for this infrastructure. The Infrastructure Delivery Study has examined three infrastructure categories - physical, social and green.
