Background Information: As part of the pro-active conservation work programme, consultants reviewed Castle and Victoria Road area of the Central Conservation Area in order to appraise its character and appearance and to review its boundary. This document will be the subject of public consultation and the results of this will be reported to the Committee with a recommendation.
