Additional Information: The Council previously committed to returning to Cabinet with an update on public toilet provision following changes approved in June 2025. Cabinet is now requested to consider options for the future of the Parker’s Piece and Quayside facilities, including operational arrangements, costs and any investment required to support continued public use.
