Additional Information: There has been a PSPO across the City since 2017 for illegal punt touting, only allowing touting to take place in certain parts of the City Centre with a review date for 3 years. The PSPO was reviewed in 2023. It is now up for a review in 2026 to be implemented by October 2026. Consultation will take place from June, and evidence gathering will inform a decision if the current PSPO will no longer be required, need amending, or remain with no changes
