Additional Information: There has been a PSPO across the City since 2017 to restrict dogs on leads in some open spaces, and for certain times of the year. The PSPO also requires that if a dog defecates the person in charge of the dog must remove the faeces. The PSPO need to be reviewed every 3 years the last review took place in 2023. The next review needs to be completed by October 2026. Consultation will take place from June and evidence gathering will inform a decision if the current PSPO will no longer be required, need amending, or remain with no changes
