Background Information: The pre-tender cost estimates predicted a cost under £1.0million. Following clarifications with the bidders, the prices received are now £1.20m and makes this a key decision. Because of the extensive period of tender clarifications we have missed the deadline for the provision of the forward works plan in time for the March HSC meeting.
