Background Information: The Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) is consulting on whether to introduce a franchising or enhanced partnership approach to bus services. The proposals are intended to give the combined authority the ability to deliver better bus services for residents in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. The City Council has the opportunity to respond.
