Background Information: As part of the Council's Budget Setting Process, The Executive will be recommended to agree the launch of the budget proposals for public consultation. These will form the basis of detailed budget proposals for 2025/26 that will be subject to scrutiny. The General Fund Budget Setting Report 2025/26 will be considered by the Executive before recommendation to Full Council.
