Background Information: The Our Cambridge programme has been working cross Council to identify and develop purpose-led proposals that will enable the Council to achieve a balanced budget in line with the MTFS. Some of the proposals would require changes that are subject to Member decisions. This paper sets these out and gives the wider context for those decisions
