Background Information: To implement the nationally agreed pay award for staff on City bands 1-11 following receipt of notification by circular from the National Joint Council for local government services (NJC) dated 01 November 2023. The award is for a flat rate of £1,925 on each pay point from 1 - 43, and an increase of 3.88% for scale points 44 – 56. The award is backdated to April 2023
