Background Information: Howes Place Conservation Area was muted in 2010 but was never carried through to a decision. Local residents and members have asked the Conservation Team to review the position. A public consultation was held between the 19th October and 16th November 2023. The results of that consultation will be reported to Planning and Transport Scrutiny Committee.
