Background Information: With the impact of the pandemic and the move from Europe, there is a lack of available ultra low and electric vehicles, making it difficult for the taxi trade to be able to comply with the environmental consideration of the taxi policy. In June 2022 members agreed for that for 2 years, standard hybrid vehicles with CO2 emissions less than 120g per km could be licenced. This to be reviewed in 2024.
