Background Information: The consultation seeks views on government’s proposals to implement the parts of the Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill which relate to plan-making, to make plans simpler, faster to prepare and more accessible. This decision is to agree the Council’s response to government’s consultation on the implementation of these plan-making reforms.
