Background Information: The Council is required to comply with the CIPFA Prudential Code and the CIPFA Treasury Management Code of Practice. The Council is required to set prudential and treasury indicators, including an authorised limit for borrowing, for a three year period and should ensure that its capital plans are affordable, prudent and sustainable. The Council also follows DLUHC Investment Guidance.
