Background Information: As part of the Council's Budget Setting Process, The Executive will be recommended to agree that the General Fund Medium Term Financial Strategy 2023/24 to 2032/33 and indicative strategic budget proposals are submitted for public consultation. These will form the basis of detailed budget proposals for 2024/25 that will be subject to scrutiny. The General Fund Budget Setting Report 2024/25 will be considered by the Executive on 5 February 2024.
