Review of Budget Process Timetable for 2023/24 and General Constitutional Updates Governance Review

The Committee will review the budget process followed in 2022/23 and also changes to Finance Procedures in light of the recent Senior Management Review alongside noting an updated scheme of delegation to refect the changes in management.

Background Information: Council made changes to its budget process for 2022/23. Members were consulted on the change and Committee will review those comments and consider changes in response. Implementation of the new senior management took place on 25 May 2023 and committee will review financial procedures and note the scheme of delegation to officers in light of the new management.
