Background Information: The PSPO (Touting) 2016, which prohibits unauthorised punt touting within specific areas of Cambridge, is due to expire on 14 September 2023. It has been in continual force since 15 September 2016. A decision must be taken whether to renew the Order, vary it, or discharge it, based upon evidence and a public consultation.
