Background Information: Mandatory installation of CCTV vehicles was agreed in 2017. There was a delay in implementation due to supplier issues and Covid-19 pandemic. In October 2022, Members agreed implementation date of 1st April 2023. However there was a delay in releasing CCTV specification.
