Background Information: Good practice in respect of planning enforcement requires an up to date “policy” setting out the Councils priorities and expectations in exercise of its planning compliance (enforcement) activities. Following consideration by the Councils Planning Committee, the Shared Planning Service consulted upon a new/updated Planning Compliance Policy in December 2022. The report will seek formal adoption of the compliance policy.
