Background Information: In order to ensure that ongoing work funded from 2022/23 General Fund revenue budgets can be continued in the new financial year, estimated unspent revenue budgets relating to work delayed from 2022/23 need to be approved for carry forward. Approval of confirmed amounts will be requested in the General Fund outturn report in July 2023.
