Background Information: A decision to implement a livery of a silver base with a green strip either side of the vehicle for Hackney Carriages was taken by the licensing Committee in October 2018. This was implemented on a phased approach since January 2019. A petition was received signed by 101 Hackney Carriage Drivers on 29th December 2022,asking for the livery policy to be removed.
