Background Information: The alcohol PSPO came into force on 1 June 2015 and has been renewed ever since. It prohibits the consumption of alcohol (including having an open container of alcohol) on Petersfield Green, Mill Road cemetery and the front garden of Ditchburn Place. The Order is due to expire on 31 May 2023.
