Background Information: The Herbicide Motion agreed in July 2021 set a requirement to explore making two wards completely herbicide-free on a trial basis. Newnham and Arbury were agreed for the HRP trial as they afforded the opportunity to consider the effect of the trial on a range of road types including terraced streets and private gardens as well as estate layout properties with communal gardens. This report considers the outcomes of Trial and make recommendations on a way forward post Trial.
