Background Information: The Committee is invited to consider the report detailing further evaluation of the impact of the Council’s move from a reactive Out of Hours Noise Service to one which uses a combination of technology, (diary sheets for non-digital customers), and planned use of officer time, on the successful investigation of noise complaints including a full year’s data.
