Background Information: The Our Cambridge Transformation and Recovery Programme was approved within the Council’s Medium Term Financial Strategy in October 21. Since then the programme has been busy mobilising the programme team, developing governance structures and building the capacity and energy for change across services. The programme is currently developing a clear direction of travel for the council that reflects the priorities of members and the potential for it to work more effectively with local partners and agencies. This report is to provide an update on progress and secure committee feedback on the direction of travel that will inform a more granular set of recommendations for services changes that will be brought to the committee in the autumn.
