Background Information: Community development and community centre management service review work is now well underway and early findings are now available. This paper is intended to provide an update to members on progress and emerging findings and the proposed direction of travel and approach for future community development services, including ChYPPS, and also community facilities management services. The recommendations will seek approval for these approaches to then continue work on the staffing restructures and consultation processes.
