Background Information: The PSPO for Dog Control is due to expire on 18th October 2023. It was made and came into force on 19th October 2017 to run for a period of 3 years (and was renewed for a further three years in 2020. The current order requires review and new areas to be considered for inclusion. Officers seek authorisation to publicise the proposed extended, revised and varied PSPO and to carry out consultation as required by the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
