Background Information: The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority are responsible for preparing the Local Transport Plan LTP for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, which identifies the strategic transport projects and policies affecting Greater Cambridge. The Combined Authority is consulting on a review of their LTP adopted in 2020, including widening the scope to consider digital connectivity. The decision is to agree the Council’s response to the draft plan consultation.
