Background Information: Cambridge HDA was set up using a Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority devolution grant with the target to build 500 new Council homes in Cambridge. Additional approval was granted at the Meeting of the Housing Scrutiny Committee on 24 September 2020 to proceed on planning toward a new housing delivery programme. This combined report serves to update the members on progress to date.
