Background Information: There are two PSPOs currently in force, that are due to expire, namely: The Cambridge City Council Mill Road Cemetery, Petersfield Green and the front garden at Ditchburn Place, Cambridge Public Spaces Protection Order 2016, due to expire on 31 May 2022; and the Public Spaces Protection Order (Touting) 2016, due to expire on 14 September 2022. A decision needs to be made whether to renew, vary or discharge them.
