Background Information: The S106 funding report to Environment and Community Services Scrutiny Committee in March 2019 set out the standard process for future S106 generic funding rounds. In Summer 2021, the Council, is seeking proposals about how to use the remaining generic S106 contributions which are still available in particular parts of the city for improvements to open spaces and play areas. The report will contain an assessment of applications for S106 monies received and assessed, with recommendations. Please note S106 funding is running low and is unevenly distributed across the City.
