Background Information: The Making Space for People: Vision, Aims and Objectives and Strategies document was published for public consultation between 2 September and 14 October 2019. Following the conclusion of the consultation, representations are being reviewed and taken into account in finalising the strategy as well as recent public realm interventions in relation to COVID and social distancing. The decision seeks to agree the Vision, Aims and Objectives and Strategies document so that it can be used to inform City Council and partner public realm, transport and open space projects and decision making.
