Background Information: The Anti-Poverty Responsive Budget was recommended in a report to this committee in June 2018. It was proposed to be used for projects led by the Council. This report recommends extending use of this fund to projects delivered by community organisations, as experience has shown that in some circumstances they may be better placed to secure the desired outcomes.
