Background Information: We currently have adopted a special policy on Cumulative Impact contained within the Statement of Licensing Policy. On 6th April 2018, The Policing and Crime Act 2017 amended the Licensing Policy to place Cumulative Impact Assessments on a statutory footing. Cambridge City Council is making the Cumulative Impact Assessment a stand-alone document, separate from the Statement of Licensing Policy. The Cumulative Impact Assessment will be reviewed every 3 years. It has been proposed to add a new area to the existing cumulative impact areas; namely Mitcham’s Corner and parts of Chesterton Road and Milton Road.
