Background Information: Improvements to the pre-application service will take place over the coming 12 months, supporting better quality and more timely pre-application advice. Planning officers seek approval to unify pre-application categories, along with uplifted fees, in respect of initial improvements including a new web/Customer Portal, clearer and more constructive pre-app response letters, and new offers such as video meetings with officers. A service review is proposed after 12 months.
