Background Information: As part of a programme of energy efficiency improvements to the Council's housing stock it is planned to install external wall insulation and solar panels to around seventy properties in the Akeman Street and Bateson Road area. It is proposed that he work is procured via existing framework contract. It is anticipated that the value of the work will be in excess of £1,000,000.
