Background Information: The Council was approached in November 2018 by a freeholder to consider the sale of a small parcel of land (owned by Housing but classed as highway (verge)), adjacent to their property, to allow for the small-scale development of the site. Following consultation with Ward Councillors, a sale price has been negotiated and agreed, subject to final planning approval and consultation.
