Background Information: The Greater Cambridge Sustainable Design and Construction SPD will provide guidance on the implementation of policies related to climate change and sustainable design and construction within the 2018 Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire Local Plans in order to support the Greater Cambridge growth agenda and delivery of sustainable development. Following public consultation on the draft SPD between 15 July and 23 September 2019, committee is asked to agree responses to the representations received and any subsequent amendments to the SPD, and to approve adoption of the SPD.
